I believe this shoe may really help my plantar fasciatis and am anxious to try. The therapy boot that I wear around the house also has a rocker bottom. Any comments on this subject would be helpful.
I just wanted to let Ryka know that I love my new Reforms. I purchased the mesh version and they are the most comfortable and breathable shoes I have ever put on my feet. Thank you for the quality shoe.
I already own a walking Ryka sneaker and had to order a 1/2 size up. Do I have to order a half size up with the Reform or are they more true to size?
The Reform walking shoes are designed on our new last and they run true to size with a generous forefoot and narrow heel. You should receive a comfortable fit with your true size in the style.
I love my ryka reform shoes. I have worn orthotics for 5 years and am so pleased that they are not even necessary with these. I definitely feel the stretch in my calves. Most impressive was the weight difference between this light weight design compared to the very heavy ones from Sketchers.
Thanks for the great feedback on the Reform walker. As someone who typically wears an orthotic, this is great information to share with others. Our goal with the Reform was to offer you a high performance toning shoe that is lightweight without the bulky feel and appearance.
I purchased these last week and wear them to work (waitress), they are very comfortable and lightweight. Easy to wear even when working all day. My only concern is that I don’t feel like they are doing anything different then a normal pair of shoes, I am not feeling muscles working any differently. So that concerns me considering the price I paid for just that feature.
I broke my ankle 18 months ago — now have metal plate – 9 screws–. I have had a lot of issues with walking any type of distance. I could walk, but then my ankle would swell up and be very painful. I purchased the Reforms and with the way that my foot strikes the ground — not straight onto my heel — but dispersed throughout the rest of my foot — there is a great reduction in swelling and pain. If you ever decide not to make these anymore, I need to know because I will have to stock up! Thank you for a great shoe
Can I wear these sneakers for jogging and burst running?
You will want to wear the Reform for your walking workout. We’ve heard from several consumers who wear their Reforms for everyday wear because they are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time. We would not recommend this style for a jogging or burst running workout.
All I can say about my new mesh reforms is WOW! They are so lightweight and it’s feels as though I’m walking on feathers. I have worn Ryka’s for the past 5 years and absolutely LOVE them. I was a little leary of ordering the reforms, but I’ll never take them off! Thank you Ryka and Kelly Ripa

I bought these shoes last week and I love them. They are more comfortable than the Sketchers (which is what I intended to buy) and much lighter weight. I am glad the salesperson told me about them because I had not heard of them yet. I can feel a difference already.

This shoe looks really nice. The sketchers ones look very clumsy. Having Kelly Ripa endorse these is great as the look wonderful.

Why don’t you size 10.5? An 11 is too big but a 10.5 would fit me just right. I am just concerned because smaller sizes have half sizes but not the larger sizes. Just wondering.
