My feet need a stable arch for good support, to work along with my orthotics. I know an easily bendable shoe is great for dance, but I need more stability than that. Can you tell me how strong the arch support in this model is?
You will find that the midsole on the Transition is designed to provide extra lateral stability support, the infused TPU clip works with the midsole to secure the heel and guide foot strike alignment. This style will also work well with your custom orthodic.
I’m looking for a shoe I can wear to my Zumba classes at the local gym. My running shoes aren’t working for this. Will the transition shoe allow me to slide a bit more?

I do alot of aerobics and step. Would you recommend this shoe? I currently wear the Flex, which I love!
