It sounds like you may benefit from a crosstraining style like the Assist XT 2 or Endure XT 2, here to meet your multiple activity needs.

We're happy you asked. We like clean shoes! First, remove the insole. Using a toothbrush, a
small amount of mild detergent (no bleach please), and cold water, wash your shoes by hand.
Rinse with cold water and let shoes air dry. Avoid putting your shoes in the washer and dryer at
all costs.

Iam looking for a sneaker that I can do kickboxing, aerobics, zumba, weight lifting, walking, and running. I'd really like to have just one sneaker for all my workout needs. Can you please recommend a great pair.

How do I clean my Transitions? Are they washable? I love them! I had a pair of Nikes that I loved and these make me almost as happy..different styles. Anyway, I think they need to be cleaned and I can't find out what to do. Thanks.

It sounds like you may want to consider a crosstraining style. Our trainers are very versatile and can be worn for multiple outdoor and indoor activities, here.

The design of our footwear styles is to offer a woman a proper fit, wider in the forefoot and narrow in the heel. We would recommend the Transition or Studio D (low cut) styles for your Zumba workout, here. Both of these styles are dance inspired and offer you a smooth outsole that works perfect for the movements performed during your Zumba workout. You will also receive great cushioning and support in these styles as well.

I need a sneaker with a wide toe box but a small/normal size heel. I also can not wear a sneaker that is high because it hits and irritates my ankle bone. I just started Zumba. Any suggestions?

I am a Zumba instructor who teaches 4 times a week/1-2 classes per day. I am looking for a style that is best for my high arches, a spacious toe box, and a shoe with cushion.
