I just bought a pair of aqua fit 3. What is the best way to care for them? Can i wash them in the washing machine? Thanks!
We hope that you enjoy your new Aqua Fit 3. Our suggested cleaning instructions for your aqua footwear will be:
*Rinse aqua shoes thoroughly with tap water after every use in the pool.
*Before rinsing shoes, remove insoles to ensure that all pool chemicals are
removed from shoes and insoles
*Air dry only, not in direct sunlight. To decrease drying time leave insoles
out of shoes while drying
*Use only natural based products to clean and sanitize your shoes
*Do not machine wash or dry shoes
I am looking at the Ryka Walking shoe on line. My question is about size. In a dress shoe I wear a 9 1/2 but in athletic shoes I often find a 10 is a more comfortable fit. As i have never owned a pair of Ryka’s before, what would you recommend for the best fit? Thanks for your input.

I love my Rykas (and I have many)! I only buy Ryka because they fit so comfortably. Please, please, please consider making golf shoes for women! I cannot find anything that even comes close to the comfort of Ryka.

I have just found your Aqua Fit 3 and think that they are sooo comfortable. I was wondering whether they would be appropriate to wear to work (I am a nurse in a hospital), or whether they are only designed to be worn for aqua aerobics and other water based activities?

I love the look of the new Ryka Revive – yellow? I think looks sort of orange.. However I am not a runner… I was wondering if they were ok for aerobic exercise and step aerobics.. I want the correct shoe but I also want color… and style.. I see you have it listed for running so am not sure.

Which are the best shoes for people with very high arches? I do a lot of walking and general toning exercise work. I have a great pair of Ryka mules (suede) that I use to walk the dogs at night; however, we had to walk about a mile in a Florida downpour the other night and the shoes seem to have shrunk, so shoes that are water resistant would be nice too! Thanks for any help you can provide.
We offer some great walking and crosstraining styles that will work great for someone with a higher arch. You may want to take a look at the Sportwalker 4 and the Endure XT crosstrainer. I regularly order the Ryka Studio Mid cut shoes. They are brilliant shoes for group fitness and high impact aerobics classes. I’m about to place another order for more. Periodically you update the style/model of your Mid cut studio shoe. The current style is the Studio Mid Flex. I was wondering if there are any plans to update this soon?
The Studio Flex Mid is our top selling studio shoe and we will continue to offer this style in the months ahead. I absolutely had to post a comment and let you know my recent experience with your shoes. I had never heard of your company until last week while I was out looking for some new running shoes. I am a runner and have had issues with plantar fasciatis in the past. However, within the last 2 months I have had a terrible pain in my hip after running. It has been so bad that it was painful for me to even walk afterwards. I decided to try your Ryka Revive shoes and was amazed. After running in them the first time my hip pain disappeared. I am no longer having foot or hip pain and am so excited!!!

I found Ryka’s at QVC several years ago and love them! However I’d love to see some “dressier” ones. At my age I want comfort at all times. Right now I’m looking for some black sandals and sure can’t find them. Thank you.

I agree with carol dempsy. Where do I get the all leather grey and white shoes in 9 1/2 wide.
Our current collection of walking shoes includes the Sport Walker 4 which comes in a leather and mesh combo in wide width. Although we do still occasionally offer an all leather white walking shoe, the majority of the requests are for a leather and mesh upper which helps increase breathability. This is especially popular during the summer months.
