I absolutely love my Ryka Country walkers. They make my problem feet very happy; I have walked for hours in them, even in remote areas in Africa. I tried to order another pair, but find they are no longer available.

whatever happened to your veritas mule? it was the only slip on that had style! i have seen the black but loved the geyish with pink. are they available anywhere? Pleas say yes…
The Veritas Mule is a style from our previous seasons. Though we are no longer offering this specific style, we have designed some cute new styles for QVC that include mules offered in various colors and materials. All of these new styles incorporate the same comfort and support that you have come to expect from ryka. You can take a look at these styles by visiting the QVC website here. I would love to buy the Assist XT but they do not come in my size. Will they be made in a size 5 anytime soon?

We are expecting to expand our sizing in our upcoming collections. In the meantime, we are producing some special make-up styles for QVC in size 5. You may want to check these styles out on the QVC website here. Just type “ryka” in the search box. You can also narrow down your sizing search on the left side of the website.
Where can I buy replacement sock liners or does anyone know what kind I could buy at the local store that is comparable? The shoes are so comfortable that once I retire them from exercise, they are still in great shape for a day at the amusement park.
We’re glad to hear your ryka shoes are lasting so long; we hear similar feedback often. You will find that replacing your insoles after 3-6 months wear can extend the life of your shoes. Your local athletic footwear store will typically offer great replacement insoles such as Spenco, Sof Sole and Dr. Scholls.
I have two pair of Ryka sandals (not my first Rykas)but need to know how to clean them. I have the double strap suede in pink and really need to clean them – I wear them all the time.
We’re happy you asked. We like clean shoes! First, remove the insole. Using a toothbrush, a small amount of mild detergent (no bleach please), and cold water, wash your shoes by hand. Rinse with cold water and let shoes air dry. Avoid putting your shoes in the washer and dryer at all costs.
I wish ryka would make more all leather walking shoes again I can not find any I have looked every where I need a all leather walking shoe for work we can not have shoes with leather and mesh. and I just saw the ryka rocker shoes I think they look really good compared to the other rocker shoes that are out there I love my ryka shoes and I wouldn’t wear any thing else. I wouldn’t mind seeing a mid top walking shoe for people who need the support when they walk. please bring back all leather shoes I need them
The Sportwalker 4 is currently one of our most popular walking styles and it is available in an all leather option that you may want to take a look at here. Although we do still occasionally offer an all leather white walking shoe, the majority of the requests are for a leather and mesh upper which helps increase breathability. Another option in an all leather style is the Endure XT which will offer you excellent full-foot cushioning, support, and superior shock absorption for unsurpassed fit and comfort. i tried them on and they are amazing.. Im curious though if they have wider sizes???
We do produce select styles in a wide width, such as the Sportwalker 4 and Muse Walk. These styles are currently available on our website here. We do hope to introduce some additional wide width selections soon!
I would like to know if you sell the fabric and mesh adjustable buckle in white in size 5 on your site? I love the shoes but there does not seem much in the smaller sizes sadly. thankyou
We actually do produce some special make-up styles in size 5 for QVC. They have some great selections that are available in multiple colors, including white in some of the styles. You can find the size 5 styles on the QVC website here. It looks like the ryka Fabric Mesh Adjustable Strap & Buckle Mary Janes are available in size 5 in white.
I ordered a pair of Revive since they are advertised to be wider in the forefoot and narrower in the heel–just what I needed. They are too narrow for me (I have bunions) and there is no wide size avialable in any of your running shoes. I see there are several other requests on your site for more wide sized shoes. Please make running shoes available in wides!!!!!

The Ramble Walk is a shoe from our previous collection, but we would like to recommend the Radiant walking shoe as a great replacement style for you. The Radiant is available in a Java Brown colorway that you may enjoy. You will find that both of these styles offer great cushioning, comfort and stability. Love Ryka’s but don’t like that you can’t call the company when you have questions. They need a good customer service person that could assist buyers with styles and misc. foot problem recommendations for the correct shoe style.

I just found my old (3-4 years) Ryka Sandals…and decided to buy 2 more pair. But no, they no longer exist; why would you quit making them? They were, (and still are) the best sandals I’ve ever had. You’re losing out on a great market!

Love my Ryka’s for walking, do 3 miles 5 days per week. Am looking for a replacement since the lining at the heal is starting to wear out and soles are getting slick. Only after 2 years. Have never experienced a more comfortable shoe, they fit my narrow heel, so there is no sliding up and down. Will definitely try the new ‘rocker’ style. I have a pair of Sketchers but they don’t fit my heel and I get a blister when wearing.

I have an over pronation problem. Your MC2 walk style is perfect in a size 10.Can I still get that style? I’d like to order a pair if it is. Or is there another comparable style?
The MC2 Run does offer motion control and is the perfect runner for someone who pronates. This style is available in size 10 and can be ordered online here. Wow surprised at some of these comments. Why? I’ve been wearing Rykas since the 90’s. I started wearing them while working in Downtown Houston walking the tunnels. They are the ONLY Tennis type shoe that I’ve worn. I don’t have another pair in my closet. Nothing, Nada, Zilch. The Sportwalker and that’s that. But now, I’m not walking long distances, and I want something lighter weight. Will have to figure it out, but it will be

I have a hard time fitting my wide foot and narrow heel but Ryka fits great. I wish I could still find them locally in retail stores but there are none in my area, however I will still order on line. I’m thinking about trying the new rocker sole.

have become a daily walker ’bout 2mnths ago, doing 2-4miles daily, n my feet/shins/heels, something was always hurtin’. have been dedicated to shox for years, had just bought 2 new pair a shox but my feet(etc) were still hurting. thought it was due to my weight/fitness level, but after 2months, i figured i’d be past some of that. online research told me my shoes were the culprit of my pain, went into ladyfootlocker last week, came out w/a pair a rykas,, n wow,,, what,,,huh,, this is what walkin is supposed to feel like?. the last couple a days i’ve been able to walk til my whole body was feelin the burn,, not just my feet!!!

I am on my third pair of Ryka’s and really like, them but have learned that when you purchase them you need to look them over very carefully, because the workmanship is inconsistent. They really need to improve their quality assurance review of their products before they send them out to be sold.
