It sounds like you may benefit from a crosstraining style like the Assist XT 2 or Endure XT 2, here to meet your multiple activity needs.

We would suggest that you take a look at the Trail Exodus 2, here or the Pursuit 2, here as the most similar styles to the KM running series. All of these styles specialize in motion control technology.

We're happy you asked. We like clean shoes! First, remove the insole. Using a toothbrush, a
small amount of mild detergent (no bleach please), and cold water, wash your shoes by hand.
Rinse with cold water and let shoes air dry. Avoid putting your shoes in the washer and dryer at
all costs.

Iam looking for a sneaker that I can do kickboxing, aerobics, zumba, weight lifting, walking, and running. I'd really like to have just one sneaker for all my workout needs. Can you please recommend a great pair.

How do I clean my Transitions? Are they washable? I love them! I had a pair of Nikes that I loved and these make me almost as happy..different styles. Anyway, I think they need to be cleaned and I can't find out what to do. Thanks.

I am a dance teacher and a runner. I have a wide foot with a high arch. The Ryka Revive 3s are the most comfortable shoes I've ever slipped on. The cushion and support are amazing! I highly recommend them.

I have Fibromyalgia and Neuropathy in my feet. I purchased the Revive 3 as a walking shoe since I don't run and I can tell you they are the best shoe I have worn next to the Ryka Sports Walker in a very long time. The Sports Walker is to heavy for my feet, but I would say purchase these and check out my blog post about them at:

We would suggest that you take a look at one of our high performance stability studio shoes like the Enhance or Synergy, here. These styles are very popular with our Jazzercise instructors and students.
