Shipping Info

Rykä ships primarily via FedEx or Postal Service.  We prefer to ship to a physical address, however if you prefer to ship to a PO Box we can accommodate.  In addition, we will gladly ship to all APO/FPO military addresses.

Orders placed on rykä.com will be shipped out either the same day or the next business day after they are processed.  If an order is placed after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.

  Ground: $6.75 + $2.00 each additional item
  Express: $16.00 + $7.00 each additional item
  Canadian Ground: $19.00 + $5.00 each additional item + taxes and duties

  West Coast: 2-4 business days
  Central Region: 3-6 business days
  East Coast: 4-7 business days

Express shipping times:

  Continental US: 2-3 business days

Canadian ground shipping times:

  All Canadian shipments 5-10 business days

Rykä will gladly ship to Canada. Please keep in mind that all Canadian orders are subject to custom fees and duties and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns/Exchange Info

Rykä takes pride in our reputation for quality as well as our customer service.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.  Returns/exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days from purchase date.  Please return merchandise in a clean and resalable condition.

Your shipment from rykä will include a receipt with a Return/Exchange form on the back side.  Please review this information for complete details on how to properly return your product for a refund or exchange.  Using our Return/Exchange sheet will ensure an expedited process.
